Shipping & returns
The short version: we pack fast, we pack carefully, and if something goes wrong we fix it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery normally arrives within three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. Orders over $75.00 ship free.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because these are grooming and cosmetic products, opened bottles can only be returned if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund it. Leaks in transit are rare but they do happen, and they're on us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want a specific product, message us and we'll see what we can arrange.
